Sheriff Robertson was killed Dec. 11 when his car skidded on a icy highway as he drove to a Lynchburg hospital to visit Conner, who had been injured an hour earlier in an auto crash.
W. K. Moore Encountered Shotgun Pellets
State Police reported W. K. Moore of Rt. 2, Appomattox, was shot in the chest and leg with shotgun pellets today while hunting in Appomattox County.
